Memory Recycler will do extra memory recovery immediately, to minimize delays during the activity you're about to start.
Pop-up display after you click the icon shows how much RAM (working memory) and Flash (long-term memory) were just recycled.
Memory Recycler is superior to BeJoose (from The Jared Company), Memory Booster (from S4BB), and MemoryUp Professional (from EMOBISTUDIO), chiefly on grounds of how it times memory recoveries, but Memory Recycler is also significantly smaller than MemoryUp Pro, much smaller than Memory Booster, and has a more readable and meaningful display than BeJoose.
