Description:
FlightArc 1.0 is an calculation tool for air travels. As we know, the globe is an ellipsoid. The shortest path between any two points on earth is not a straight line but a curve. This tool is aiming to help you find such curve and track the distance and time associated with the trip. When you use it for the first time, just click the button "GO" and it will show you an example. You can then change the origin and destination by dragging the corresponding object on the map or directly inputing the coordinates.
